lateness/ refund policy

We are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional and personalized experience, and we kindly request your full cooperation to ensure smooth service delivery.

Please note the following policies:
• Punctuality: All services begin at the scheduled time you have selected. A fee of 200 cedis will apply for every 30 minutes of lateness or appointment will be terminated.

• appointments outside work hours attracts a fee of 200 cedis.

• No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable; however, appointments can be rescheduled to an available slot in our calendar once.
•deposit are non transferable
• Payment Validity: Payments are valid for up to one week. After this period, the appointment will be considered canceled.
