Lateness/ refund policy

We are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional and personalized experience, and we kindly request your full cooperation to ensure smooth service delivery. Please note the following policies: • Punctuality: All services begin at the scheduled time you have selected. A fee of 150 cedis will apply for every 30 minutes of lateness or appointment will be terminated. • No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable; however, appointments can be rescheduled to an available slot in our calendar. • Payment Validity: Payments are valid for up to one week. After this period, the appointment will be considered canceled. If you agree with these terms, feel free to proceed with booking your session.
