First time clients shall receive a personal message with directions to the studio. I do understand that unfortunate events may happen. In this case, please contact me immediately. - A deposit is required after booking to secure your slot. Without one, your appointment slot is still open to the next available client. Payment can be made via MTN MOBILE MONEY AND BANK TRANSFER IF YOU SO WISH. - A grace period of 15 minutes is allocated to each client after which that appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. In case of lateness, your appointment will be performed according to the timeframe left. Kindly be on time to get full attention for your appointment. - To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so via the confirmation email you will receive through the booking app. Cancellation should be done 12-24 hours before the set time. If cancellation time is under 12 hours, your deposit will not cover your next appointment and will have to be paid once more at your next booking. - If you are unable to make it, kindly contact me at +233243428577 or nkorbeautyts@gmail.com before your service. No-shows, with no prior contact, will lead to the cancellation of the appointment with no refund. - There is no waiting area so please try to arrive exactly at the set time or 5 - 10 minutes before the appointment time. - I do not provide refunds for any scheduled services.
