APPOINTMENT POLICY To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take note of the following: • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. • After 15 minutes, a ₵50 lateness fee will be applied for every additional 15 minutes. • If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. • To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. • If you’re unable to reschedule via the booking app, kindly contact us directly for assistance. •All booking fees/payments made are non-refundable in the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or missed appointment due to lateness beyond 30 minutes. We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well
