Rest assured, you’ll always receive the best service and care with Akosua usually there to supervise . •All deposits paid are non refundable during cancellations. Deposits will be deducted from the actual cost of service after appointment . •New wigs must be sent 2-3 days prior for customization (at an additional cost).Same day customization comes at an extra cost and usually with longer wait times . •For old wigs, kindly send clear pictures to our WhatsApp before your appointment. •Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of no-show or no communication. •We allow 10 mins lateness after 10 minutes of no communication appointments will be canceled.(Kindly NOTE). •For reschedules, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
