If you would like AKOSUA, the Head Stylist, to personally work on your hair, kindly specify this in the description box during booking or confirm via WhatsApp. Please note that choosing AKOSUA comes at an additional cost. If no preference is stated, one of our skilled stylists (JULIA or IRENE or SUSAN ) will be assigned to you. Rest assured, you’ll always receive the best service and care. All deposits paid are non refundable during cancellations. Deposits will be deducted from the actual cost of service after appointment . New wigs must be sent 24 hours prior for customization (at an additional cost). For old wigs, kindly send clear pictures to our WhatsApp before your appointment. Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of no-show or no communication. We allow 10 mins lateness after 10 minutes of no communication appointments will be canceled.(Kindly NOTE).
